What do you get when you combine total brainlessness, extreme arrogance, colossal incompetence, a mountain of spin, manipulation, obfuscation and hypocrisy, a complete lack of creativity, imagination, understanding and enlightenment, and a very short leash?
Answer: George Bush and a mindless and gullible base constituency that enjoys being yanked around by the nose.
And that's no joke.
